The user has their own profile on the same Social Network and has chosen to join the page created by the Controller, thereby showing interest in the information published on that network. By joining our page, you provide us with your consent to process the personal data that are publicly available on your profile. The user may access the privacy policies of the Social Network at any time and configure their profile to guarantee their privacy.

The Controller has access to and processes only the user’s public information, particularly their contact name. These data are used solely within the Social Network itself and are not incorporated into any data file.

USER RIGHTS

Regarding the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, which may be exercised before the Controller in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the following considerations apply:

Access: Determined by the functionality of the Social Network and the ability to access user profile information.

Rectification: Can only be performed on information under the Controller’s control, such as deleting comments published on the Controller’s page. Typically, this right must be exercised directly through the Social Network.

Erasure and/or Objection: As in the previous case, this can only apply to information under the Controller’s control, such as unfollowing or disconnecting from the profile.

Portability: The user may request the transfer of their data to another controller, provided it is technically possible.

*Restriction: A precautionary measure that limits the processing of personal data to their preservation only.

The data subject may request restriction of processing when:

• The accuracy of the personal data is contested, for a period enabling the Controller to verify it.
• The processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes erasure and requests restriction instead.
• The Controller no longer needs the data, but the user requires them for legal claims.
• The user has objected to processing while it is verified whether the Controller’s legitimate interests prevail.

ACTIONS PERFORMED BY THE CONTROLLER

The Controller may take the following actions:

• Access the public information of the user’s profile.
• Publish on the user’s profile any information already posted on the Controller’s page.
• Send personal and individual messages through the Social Network’s communication channels.
• Publish page status updates on the user’s profile.

The user may control their connections, remove unwanted content, and limit who they share their connections with. To do so, they must access their privacy settings.

POSTS

Once the user has joined the Controller’s page, they may publish comments, links, images, photographs, or any other multimedia content supported by the Social Network. The user must be the owner of such content or hold the corresponding intellectual or industrial property rights, or have the consent of affected third parties.

Any publication—text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc.—that violates or may violate morality, ethics, good taste, decorum, and/or infringes intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights, or the law, is strictly prohibited. The Controller reserves the right to immediately remove such content and may request the permanent blocking of the user.

The Controller will not be responsible for content freely published by users.

The user should be aware that their posts will be visible to other users and therefore are primarily responsible for their own privacy.

Any images posted on the page will not be stored by the Controller but will remain on the Social Network.

CONTESTS AND PROMOTIONS

The Controller reserves the right to organise contests and promotions in which users who follow its page may participate. The terms and conditions for each contest, when carried out through the Social Network, will be published on the same platform. All contests will comply with LSSI-CE and any other applicable regulations.

The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse, or administer any of our promotions, nor is it associated with them in any way.

ADVERTISING

The Controller will use the Social Network to advertise its products and services. If it decides to process users’ contact data to perform direct marketing actions, this will always be done in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and LSSI-CE.

Recommending the Controller’s page to other users so they can enjoy promotions or stay informed about its activity will not be considered advertising.
